It was in that moment that I found my reason as to WHY I wanted to be a hairstylist.
…I AM NOT PERFECT. And I never will be nor do I even want to be!
I am so excited to announce that I will be a featured artist in the Magnify Showcase presented by RAW: natural born artists on June 27th! I will be showcasing some new balayage looks that I created specifically for this event!
The theme I have decided to go with is "Metallic Summer." My inspiration for this theme was gathered from the beauty and softness of the blooming flowers in my yard this spring and adding an edginess to them with metallic colors. I think this perfectly embodies my own personality, both nurturing and gentle but also a total bad ass ;) I will not only be creating unique hair colors for this show but completing these looks with gorgeous make up and outfits.
I am so excited to be a part of such an extraordinary community of local artist and to have this opportunity to show off my talent as a hair artist. I sincerely hope all of you will come to this event to not only support me but also to check out the other amazing artists that will be participating!
This event will take place on June 27th @ 7pm at The Roseland Theater.

Every decision we make, every mistake, teaches us something new and that is one of the most important things we can do in this world, keep learning.
You leave a life that was yours and yours alone and begin a life that partially belongs to someone else.
10. You don't have to tell people your hair is fake. Most the time I own up to the fact that I didn't grow my hair myself, but sometimes it's nice to just accept a compliment about your long hair.
As we enter 2018, I have taken the "new year, new me" to heart. Every year, I make some generic resolutions about working out and eating healthy. I decided to try something different for 2018. This year, I plan to do things that scare me (like blogging), make more time for myself, and kick ass in the hair styling world. All which have lead me to creating this website! I want to use this blog portion of my site to share beauty and hair tips, my experiences as a working mom and whatever else may pop in to my head. I will be updating the blog at least twice a month, hopefully more if I can find the time! Stay tuned for my first official post coming next week!
